Bargaon Community Health Centre is situated at Bargaon GP of Bargaon Block under district Sundargarh. It is 30 Km away from Sundargarh towards Rourkela from DHH Sundargarh in the East.   It is the northern border Bamra Block of Sambalpur District. It is bounded by Subdega, Kutra Block of Sundargarh district and South-East Side is bounded by Jharkhand State. This CHC is providing health services in 1nos of additional CHC, 3nos of Primary Health Centres and 17nos of Subcentres. Here all types of health services provided to the people for free by Govt. of odisha and Govt. of India as per norms.
